Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY (For INTERNATIONAL)

We ship international orders using DHL / UPS / FedEx

Custom and Import duty (EU countries) is the responsibility of the customer.

It usually takes 3-6 WEEKS to dispatch product, once product will be dispatched it’ll take 7-12 business days to get delivered using our "Standard Shipping" method and 4-7 business days if you have opted for "Express Shipping" option.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information on your registered email address within 1 business day.

All the orders will be Processed and dispatched from our warehouse in India.

Return & Exchange Policy

Orders once placed can not be cancelled or modified for any reason.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We strictly do not accept return for any reason due to products made to order only, apart from below circumstances;​

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact our team from contact us page (click here) mentioning your Order ID.​

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

if product is different than shown in picture and/or described or received, damaged or defective then we would need package opening video capturing the defect/difference.

In any of above situation, customer must contact our team from contact us page (click here) within 48 hours of received the product. Also You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange options available to choose from.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When you return the product to the courier person, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.

Refund would be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.​​

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

Customers are responsible for ‘Return and Exchange’ postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The customers are responsible for sending the product back to our Warehouse in Surat, Gujarat.

Refund will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have validity of 1 year.

Store credit will be issued for the product price paid by the customer.

Please allow 3-5 business days after the product is received back to processing of store credit.

How to use STORE CREDIT:

The STORE CREDIT will have 3 months of Validity from the date of creation.

The STORE CREDIT has to be used in one Go for the order.

You have to apply the store credit on the checkout page.

Once opted for the STORE CREDIT you cannot opt for REFUND.
